WATERMELON GRANITA
SERVING SIZE: Makes 8 ZOKU servings
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups seedless watermelon (cubed)
¼ cup fresh lime juice
2-3 tablespoons Turbinado sugar (optional)
Lime wedges (optional for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour 5 oz of the mixture into ZOKU’s
Ice Cream Maker and freeze according to the instructions included with your device.
3. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
