Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and the shipping method selected. For orders over $50, enjoy FREE shipping with Mail Innovations (7-14 Business Days).

For zokuhome.com, we only ship orders within the U.S. International shipping is not available at this time.

We are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from zokuhome.com and a copy of your receipt is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than zokuhome.com, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

  • We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by ZOKU (e.g. wrong item/color). Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.

  • We can only make exchanges for the exact same item(s) originally purchased. We will not exchange your purchase for other items.
