We used ZOKU’s Ice Cream Maker to turn four ingredients into the ice cream of your dreams!

HEALTHY PUMPKIN ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup coconut or greek yogurt 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
1/4 cup maple or date syrup
2 tsp cinnamon powder
pecans, optional
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heavily mix together all ingredients except pecans
2. Chill mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes and stir well before using.
3. Pour 5 oz into ZOKU’s Ice Cream Maker and follow the instructions included with your device for churning and freezing.
4.Top with pecans and store extra ice cream mixture in the fridge between uses!
