VEGAN BANANA ICE CREAM
SERVING SIZE:
Makes 1 quart of ice cream (6 ZOKU servings)
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup packed sliced banana (about 2 small bananas)
2/3 cup light agave nectar
2 tsp banana extract
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1 1/2 cups plain soy milk
DIRECTIONS:
1. Puree the banana, light agave nectar, banana extract, salt, and soy milk in a blender or food processor.
2. Chill mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes and stir well before using.
3. Pour 5 oz into ZOKU’s
Ice Cream Maker and follow the instructions included with your device for churning and freezing. Store extra ice cream mixture in the fridge between uses.
