Valentine’s day is about spending time with the ones you love.
Creating something together is the best way to make memories that will last forever. This Valentine’s Day try recreating one of these Zoku crafts to make that special someone feel all warm & fuzzy inside.
1.) HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE BARS
With Zoku Love Ice Tray
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt white chocolate, pink chocolate and/or milk/dark chocolate
2. Fill Zoku Love Ice Tray with melted chocolate. Add pink & red sprinkles or other favorite candies to taste.
3. Let set in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Pop out of easy release silicone mold.
5. Wrap in tin foil, then with construction paper that includes a special note!
2.) Your the Sour to my Sweet Slushie
With Zoku Slush & Shake Maker Bundle - Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
16 ounces quality lemonade
1 ¼ cups fresh raspberries
OPTIONAL
2 ounces lemon or raspberry vodka
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients except vodka into a blender and purée on medium speed. Pour into the Slush and Shake Maker; stir until thick.
If desired, stir in 1 ounce of vodka into each slush before serving. Garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.
3.) Be My Valentine Quick Pops
With Zoku Quick Pop Maker Bundle - Makes 6 Pops
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE FUDGE BASE
2 oz semisweet chocolate
¼ cup Nutella*
pinch of salt
⅓ cup (2 ½ oz) 2% milk
FOR THE QUICK SHELL
⅔ cup (4 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
⅓ cup (2 ½ oz) refined coconut oil
FOR THE GARNISH

ASSEMBLE THE POPS
Pour the Quick Shell into the Zoku Chocolate Station and dip your Quick Pops into the cavity to evenly coat your Quick Pops in Quick Shell. Fill chopped hazelnuts into the Sprinkle Tray and then dip the Quick Pop into the tray. Repeat with remaining pops.
** Due to the use of Nutella in this recipe, you may notice a longer freezing time.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups rinsed and hulled fresh strawberries
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
1 ¼ cups whole milk
DIRECTIONS
Puree the strawberries, sugar, lime juice, vanilla extract and salt in a blender or food processor. Add the cream and milk and pulse to combine. Chill ice cream mixture and stir well before using.
FREEZE
Follow the instructions included with your ice cream maker for churning and freezing.
5.) Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream
With Zoku Ice Cream Maker - Makes 3 Pops
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE YOGURT BASE
6 ounces Vanilla Greek Yogurt
⅓ cup (2 ½ oz) 2% milk
fresh raspberries (2-3 per Quick Pop)
4 ½ teaspoons granola
MAKE THE BASE
In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and milk until well combined. Mixture will thin out and become a pourable consistency.
ASSEMBLE THE POPS
Slice each raspberry in half lengthwise. Using the Zoku Fruit Wand,** (or chopsticks) apply the sliced side of the raspberries to the walls of the Zoku Quick Pop Maker molds. Insert sticks and pour about 1 ounce of the yogurt mixture into each of the molds, allow the mixture to freeze. Add granola on each side of the sticks (about 1 ½ teaspoons per pop), pushing down with a chopstick if necessary. Pour yogurt base to the fill line. Let freeze completely, then remove the pops with the Super Tool and enjoy. Recipe doubles well to create 6 Quick Pops.

6.) Spice up date night with homemade Margaritas & Salsa
Uses Zoku Ice Ball Mold
INGREDIENTS
- Frozen Zoku Ice Ball
- 3 ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 2 ounces tequila of your choosing
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 ounce orange-flavored Triple Sec
- Mint for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Muddle strawberries with the agave nectar until the strawberries are almost completely liquified. Add the tequila, lime juice and orange.
Fill cocktail shaker about halfway with ice. Add the mixture to the shaker and shake for about 20 seconds until the mixture is very cold.
Remove the lid and strain through a strainer into a chilled margarita glass with Zoku's Ice Ball. Garnish with mint.
