ORANGE BANANA SMOOTHIE WITHOUT YOGURT
SERVING SIZE:
Makes 1 smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz cold water
1 medium orange (peeled)
¼ medium lemon (peeled)
1 cup chopped fresh carrots
1-inch piece fresh ginger (peeled)
¾ cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
½ frozen banana
½ cup ice
1 tbsp chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1. Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour your Orange Banana Smoothie into a
leak-proof tumbler.
