CHOCOLATE CHIP COCONUT MILK ICE CREAM
SERVING SIZE:
Makes 1 quart of ice cream (6 ZOKU servings)
INGREDIENTS:
2 - 13.6 oz cans of coconut milk
1 cup turbinado sugar
1/3 cup shredded coconut (toasted)
½ cup vegan dark chocolate chips
TOPPINGS:
Vegan hot fudge sauce
Toasted coconut
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix coconut milk and sugar in a blender until smooth.
2. Transfer to ZOKU’s
Ice Cream Maker and follow the included instructions for freezing.
3. Three-quarters of the way through the freezing process, add in the shredded coconut and vegan dark chocolate chips.
4. Top with vegan hot fudge and more toasted coconut. Enjoy!
