Summer is HERE and we couldn’t be more excited to share one of our favorite vegan popsicle recipes: Fruity Fish Pops! These healthy homemade popsicles call for just two ingredients (don’t worry, neither ingredient is fish!), making them the perfect treat to quickly prepare the night before an activity-filled summer day or backyard picnic!
FRUITY FISH POPS
SERVING SIZE:
Makes 6 Fish Pops
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh blueberries, strawberries, or mango
1/3 cup coconut water, lemonade, or filtered water
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place fruit and liquid of choice into a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into ZOKU’s
Fish Pop Molds up to the fill line.
3. Place pop handles into the correct cavities and freeze until firm.
4. Gently un-mold the pops, pushing up from the bottom of each cavity.
5. Enjoy immediately!
