FROZEN CAPPUCCINO SLUSH
SERVING SIZE:
Makes 2 slushies
INGREDIENTS:
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)
1 tbsp Nescafe cappuccino syrup
Whipped Cream
Fresh Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend the ice cream, milk and cappuccino syrup until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into ZOKU’s Slush & Shake Maker, stirring and scraping the sides every few minutes until thick (about 7 minutes).
3. Once the mixture has reached your desired consistency, top off with whipped cream and a sprinkle of fresh cinnamon.
