CHERRY POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE
SERVING SIZE:
Makes 2 frozen smoothies
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup pitted cherries
5 tbsp 100% pomegranate juice
4 tsp mild honey, such as Acacia
DIRECTIONS:
Purée the yogurt, cherries, juice, and honey in a blender. Taste for sweetness and add more honey as needed. Pour into the Slush and Shake Maker; stir until thick (about 7 minutes).
