Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups high quality vanilla or eggnog ice cream
6 ounces (¾ cup) high quality eggnog (regular or *pumpkin)
4 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

OPTIONAL GARNISH
whipped cream
pumpkin pie spice

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a blender and purée on medium speed. Pour into the Slush and Shake Maker; stir until thick.

If desired, top shakes with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

NOTE
*If using pumpkin eggnog, decrease the pumpkin purée to 2 tablespoons and the pumpkin pie spice to ¾ teaspoon.
