"Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up." -Pablo Picasso
To celebrate World Art Day, we compiled our favorite creative activities into a free packet for kids (and grown-ups, too!). It’s full of creative challenges for flexing your imagination, like fun coloring sheets, mazes, and scavenger hunts!
Living creatively isn't just fun — it's good for you, too!
According to bemorewithless.com, there are 3 main benefits to being creative.
1. Predicts a longer life. Creativity helps improve your overall health by alleviating stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions.
2. Improves problem-solving skills. Creativity allows you to approach challenges from multiple angles.
3. Helps you gain confidence. Creativity develops your character by teaching you that failure is part of the creative process. Failing will show you that setbacks are survivable and not something to be ashamed of or fear. In fact, failing usually leads to coming up with an even better solution than you may have first thought of!
