I find your products to be made well and perform just as well. However, I ordered the replacement lid with the grey rope and did not receive the grey rope with the lid. That is the reason I can’t give a five star rating. I was disappointed, as I have purchased from you before and have come to expect better. If you could send the rope, I would greatly appreciate that. Thank you.
