Makes 2 shakes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup high-quality chocolate ice cream
6 oz half and half
3 tbsp high-quality caramel sauce
¼ tsp fine grain sea salt
Whipped cream (optional for garnish)
Chocolate covered pretzels (optional for garnish)
Additional caramel sauce (optional for garnish)
Coarse sea salt (optional for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add chocolate ice cream, half and half, caramel sauce, and fine grain sea salt to a blender; puree until smooth.
2. Transfer to the
Slush & Shake Maker; stir until thick.
3. Top with optional whipped cream, chocolate-covered pretzels, and additional caramel sauce. If desired, sprinkle coarse sea salt to taste. Enjoy!
